What was updated with system version 00.02.00.16 (Android 10) and how can I get it?
Before System Upgrade
•Please connect your Android TV system to the Internet to receive up-to-date system firmware.
•Please make sure to plug in the AC power for a stable power supply.
•Operate system upgrade by the following instruction.

Download and Upgrade System
The process to update the software varies. Follow the instructions accordingly.
Step1
Go to “Settings”
Step2
Select “Device Preference”
Step3
Click “About”
Step4
Select “BenQ System Update”
Step5
Click “Update System”
Step6
Click “Download” to download the system or select “Detail” for changes info
Step7
Downloading the system
Step8
Click “Start Update” to update the system
Step9
The upgrade process is finished when the system restarts itself
After System Upgrade (Important)
Reconnection and reactivation could be required for Bluetooth devices, remote control pairing, wireless projection, and network (once you used a hotspot as a WiFi connection) after the system upgrade.
